Shipping Policy – Kit Collector Club

Thank you for your purchase. We ship our items within 1-2 business days after payment has been received and funds have been processed.

Processing / Handling Time

  • 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and any announced store closures).
  • This is the time between cleared payment and when the package leaves our facility in Artesia, California.
  • We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.

This handling time is fixed and will be reflected in every listing and Shopify checkout. It meets marketplaces seller performance standards and Shopify best practices for fast fulfillment.

Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Estimates

Based on customer selection at checkout.

  • We use discount rate based on calculated shipping or we combine shipping if multiple items are purchased at the same order.
  • We offer tracking on every order.
  • So realistic delivery windows are solely based on the carrier you actually use (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

We cannot guarantee delivery dates — those are controlled by the carrier, not us.

Packaging of Vintage Kits

Every vintage soccer/football kit (jersey) is inspected, folded flat or rolled to prevent creases, placed in a protective poly bag or acid-free tissue, and packed in a sturdy mailer or box. We ship collectible-grade items with care to maintain condition. Extra padding is added for higher-value or fragile kits.

Combined Shipping / Multiple Items

If you choose to purchase multiple kits at the same order: we will combine multiple kits into one package when possible and refund any overpaid shipping (or charge only the actual cost).

International Shipping

We do ship internationally, and we are responsible for declaring accurate values, providing customs forms, and noting any duties/taxes buyers will pay. We do not absorb international fees.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Once the package is handed to the carrier with tracking, it is the carrier’s responsibility. File claims directly with the carrier using the tracking number we provide. We will assist with documentation if needed.
